Your technology should not be a problem you manage.
We take care of your computers, your data and your security. From Zug, quietly, with no promises we could not keep.

What we take care of
Four kinds of peace of mind.
Your machines stay in working order
Updates, antivirus, configuration, repairs. Without you having to think about it.
Your data is safe
Daily backups hosted in Switzerland. Restores tested, not merely promised.
Someone answers when you call
A single point of contact, not a numbered ticket in a distant queue.
You receive reports you can read
A signed document each month. What was done, what remains, in plain sentences.
Sovereignty
Your data never leaves Switzerland.
Servers, backups, correspondence: all of it stays on Swiss soil, and no link is offshored. Sovereignty proven, not posted.
Two ways we work
Day to day, or on a defined project.
The Dizzus review · No commitment
A clear read on your technology. On us.
Before any proposal, we take the time to understand your situation. Thirty minutes, an honest read of what exposes you, and a written document you keep, whether or not you entrust us with the rest.
- What exposes you
- Backups, access, machines, nFADP and GDPR compliance. We look at what holds and what could cost you dearly on a bad morning.
- What matters first
- Not a list of a hundred items. The three or four that truly count, ranked by risk, in plain language.
- What it represents
- An honest order of magnitude: what an upgrade involves, in time and in budget. No inflated quote.
You leave with a signed one-page document: your findings, your priorities. It is yours, even if you take it no further.

Questions we are asked
What our clients wanted to know.
We do not ask you to take our word for it. Before any commitment, we run a short assessment of your situation and hand you a written document. It states what we take care of, what we do not, and the firm price. You may have it reviewed by anyone you trust before signing.
Our rates depend on the number of machines and the level of management chosen. We do not display them, to avoid misunderstandings. At the assessment we hand you a firm price, with no vague line. If your budget does not allow what you want, we say so rather than cut the service to the bone.
Your access, your backups and your documentation remain yours. The contract includes a reversibility clause: you leave with everything another provider needs to take over, without us being a forced passage. We also archive critical items in escrow on request.
Yes, without exception. Our servers and backups are in Switzerland. We are bound by strict contractual confidentiality. We name no client in public: no logo, no named testimonial. What happens at your premises does not leave Zug.
Because one person holds the technical side at Dizzus, and promising a human answering 24/7 would be dishonest. We do, however, monitor your infrastructure continuously and automatically, and on-call cover for critical incidents can be added as an option. Non-urgent requests are answered the next working day.
Yes. Dizzus is a Swiss company, based in Zug, and we readily support clients established in France or elsewhere in Europe. Your GDPR compliance is handled alongside the Swiss nFADP. Invoicing is from Switzerland, in CHF or EUR.
Let us take the time to talk.
A first conversation commits you to nothing. We listen before we propose.
