We do not sell a catalogue of services to tick off. We take responsibility for your technology, from the workstation to the backup, and we account for it in writing. Depending on your organisation, that care takes one of three levels. They share the same standard; they differ in scope and in degree of discretion.

Essential

For the independent practitioner, the practice, the small private structure

The foundation, done properly. Your machines are kept current and protected, your backups are daily and their restore is tested, and you have a number that answers. Nothing superfluous, nothing approximate. It is the level of seriousness below which we do not go.

Professional

For the established SME, ten to fifty machines

Complete care of the day to day. Continuous monitoring of your infrastructure, management of machines, access and updates, and a signed report each month stating what was done and what remains. On-call cover for critical incidents can be added. It is the level of most of our mandates.

Concierge

For the family office and the principal who demands absolute discretion

The same care, in a confidential register. A reduced surface, a single named contact who knows your house, and restraint in every exchange. Here, what we know is not spoken, and the continuity of the person counts as much as the competence. It is the transposition to technology of the relationship you keep with your private banker.

The same person, over time

At large providers, the technician who knows your setup eventually moves on. At Dizzus, it is the long memory of a single contact on your infrastructure. This permanence is not a constraint of our size; it is what we sell: you never explain your house twice.
