Expertise
Take on a specific project.
A defined assignment, at a fixed fee, with a written and signed deliverable. Datacenter experience put to work for a small or mid-sized company.
Not every business is looking for a long-term managed-services contract. Some have a specific project: an audit to run, a migration to lead, a gap to close. For those, we take on the assignment at a fixed fee. The scope is defined before we start, the work is carried out by the same person from beginning to end, and it ends with a written, signed document. The years spent operating a datacenter are not there to impress: they are there to act quickly and precisely on a smaller company's infrastructure, without noise.
Audit and diagnosis
A written assessment, delivered and discussed.
The review gives a first reading. The audit goes further. We examine the infrastructure in detail: servers, workstations, network, backups, access rights, dependencies. We document what holds and what does not, what exposes the business and what can wait. You receive a written assessment, in plain language, with an honest order of priority. The document is yours, whether or not the work continues with us.
Migration and modernisation
A migration plan, executed and documented.
An end-of-life server, scattered email, mismatched workstations: modernisation is prepared before it is carried out. We draw up the plan, run it in reversible stages, and keep a way back at every step. The target is an up-to-date, sovereign infrastructure: data, backups and email hosted in our datacenter in Switzerland, with no offshore link. By the end, you know what moved, where, and why.
Security and hardening
A security report and a hardening plan.
Security is not a promise; it is measurable work. We audit the exposed surface, fix the weak points, and harden what needs it: access, segmentation, updates, logging. In the event of an incident, we handle the response: contain, understand, restore. You receive a written security report and a hardening plan ordered by priority, without drama and without blind spots.
Backup and recovery
A backup strategy and a tested restore.
A backup that has never been restored is not a backup. We set the strategy according to what the business can lose and how long it can afford to be down. We write the recovery plan, then we test the restore for real, not on paper. Backups stay on Swiss soil, in our datacenter. You leave with a documented recovery plan and the proof that it works.
Automation and integration
Automated flows, documented and made reliable.
Repeated manual tasks are a source of errors and lost time. We identify what is done by hand every week, what is copied from one tool to another, what depends on a single person. Then we automate it and connect the systems together, so the flow is reliable and legible. You keep control: every automation is documented, and nothing runs in a black box.
Compliance and governance
A record of processing activities and the related documentation.
Swiss nFADP and the GDPR call for fewer slogans than for documents kept up to date. We build the record of processing activities, document the data flows and where they are hosted, and write the procedures you can present in the event of an audit. The work is factual: what is compliant, what is not yet, and the steps to get there. What remains once the assignment closes is documentation, not a dependency.
Start with the review.
A defined assignment begins with an assessment. The review is offered free: an honest look at your infrastructure, and an order of magnitude with no inflated quote.
