Trust
What you can rely on.
Trust is not declared. It is written into a contract, fixed to a place, shown in things you can check.
A firm that hands over its IT wants to know three things. Where its data sits. Who touches it. What happens the day it leaves. Here are our answers, plainly, with no blind spot.
Strict contractual confidentiality
What happens at your firm stays at your firm. None of our clients is named, not here, not elsewhere, not as a reference. Strict contractual confidentiality is written into the contract, not merely promised. What enters your file does not leave Zug.
Data sovereignty
Your data, your backups and your email all sit on Swiss soil, in our own datacentre. No link is moved abroad, no foreign subcontractor has a hand on your files. You know where your data is, you know who can reach it. The answer to both questions fits in one sentence, and that sentence holds true from end to end.
nFADP and GDPR
We work under the Swiss nFADP, and under the GDPR for matters that fall within the European Union. The way we handle your data is documented: which data, for what purpose, for how long. A register that is kept, not a line on a brochure.
What experience is worth
We will not serve you client figures you could not verify. What we can say honestly: running datacentre infrastructure is work we have done by hand for a long time, day after day, on systems you do not restart lightly. It is that discipline you find again here, in a confidential register.
The contract protects you
Two clauses, real, part of the standard contract. Reversibility: the day you leave, you leave with everything, your data, your configurations, your access, in a usable form, with no retention and no reluctance. Escrow of the critical components: the pieces essential to taking your system back are held in safekeeping, reachable even if we were to disappear. You are never the prisoner of a single man.
One contact, no pretence
One man holds the technical side. We stand by that: it means a long memory and a face that does not change. Monitoring of your systems, in turn, is continuous and automatic. On-call cover for a critical incident exists, as an option. What we do not claim: there is no human support available around the clock. A non-urgent request is answered on the next working day. We say so, so you know what to expect.
The first step is the review.
Before any commitment, we look at your setup as it stands. An honest assessment, what holds and what does not, in clear sentences. You keep that document, whether the rest happens with us or not.
