How we protect your data
What we collect when you request a review, what it is used for, where your data lives, and the rights you keep over it. In plain terms, with no unreadable clause.
The data we collect
Only what you enter in the review form: your name, your company, your email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, the size of your organisation and a description of your situation. We set no advertising trackers and collect nothing without your knowledge.
What it is used for
One thing only: to prepare your review and to get back to you about it. Your details feed no marketing campaign, are neither sold nor passed on, and are never used for anything beyond the conversation you started.
On what legal basis
Processing rests on your explicit request and on the steps preceding a possible contract. For people established in the European Union this corresponds to Article 6 of the GDPR; for others, to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. You remain free to leave any optional field blank.
Where your data is hosted
In Switzerland, exclusively. Receiving requests, storing them and sending email all rely on infrastructure located on Swiss soil. No data is transferred outside Switzerland, and no party established outside Europe has access to it.
How long we keep it
If your request leads to no engagement, we keep your information for at most twenty-four months, in case of a later contact, then delete it. If we work together, it follows the term of the mandate and the legal retention obligations.
The rights you keep
At any time you may ask to see your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to its processing. Simply write to contact@dizzus.com; we reply within thirty days. You may also refer the matter to the competent authority: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Switzerland, or the CNIL in France.
