Infrastructure we operate ourselves, data in Switzerland

Dizzus
What binds us

What we hold to, and what we refuse.

A firm that names no client must be all the more precise about what it commits to. Here is the list, without empty phrasing.

No client is named, anywhere

No logo, no name, no recognisable case study, no testimonial. Not even in a meeting, not even as an example. It is the first question a discreet director asks, and the answer has to be absolute to be worth anything. The trade-off is that we cannot sell ourselves on references: we sell ourselves on what we publish.

Reversibility is written into the contract

Your data, your configurations and your documentation belong to you. Accounts and subscriptions are taken out in your name, never in ours. The exit is priced in advance: a deadline, a format, a price. We assist the next provider, and we certify the erasure of whatever remains with us.

Your data stays in Switzerland

Hosting, backups and correspondence on infrastructure we operate ourselves, in Switzerland. Where a service requires a third party, we name it and tell you where the data lives, before we start.

A named contact who does not change

The same person follows your firm over time. You never re-explain your setup, and you have no queue to cross to reach someone who knows it.

A written record every month

What was done, what was tested, what remains open. It is your evidence in case of an inspection, and it is also how you check you are getting your money's worth.

What we refuse

  • We do not take on an engagement we cannot honour. Our capacity is finite and we would rather say so.
  • We do not bill for work we consider useless, even when it is requested.
  • We do not keep a client through technical lock-in. A client stays because they want to.
  • We do not promise a response time we could not honour on the night of a bank holiday weekend.

A question before we start?

Write to us. We answer ourselves, and we say no when it is not for us.
